This dress is beyond perfect for my 2016 beach wedding in Grand Turk. I can't however, find who makes it???? Has anyone seen this in their search!?!?

I believe that this is an older dress. I find the photo used on Chinese knock off sites going back to 2010.

A reverse image search pretty much traces back to D'Italia which looks to be a custom dress maker. The style is very similar to Maggie Sottero's though. The neckline almost looks like it was a spaghetti strap dress and the straps were tucked in/cut off.

Never! It is illegal to copy the design of another designer. These nasty sites actually copy the original advertising artwork. The dress you would get from them wouldn't be anything like the original.
You can't choose a dress from looking at pictures on the internet. You need to go to shops and try the dresses on in person. They will look completely different on you.

Try Claire Pettibone, but this is a very old design. They won't be making it anymore.

Why not just take this picture to a bridal salon and ask them to show you something similar in your budget? It's really not that unusual/unique of a design and anyway, once you start actually trying on dresses your original vision is more than likely going to go out the window. I thought I had my dress picked out when I went shopping. Off the shoulder, satin, no beads, ivory. What did I wind up with? Beaded lace sleeves, tons of beading on the bodice, white.
