Can't add a vendor

Hi There - 
Trying to add the jeweler I bought my wedding rings from and I keep getting the same error message:

  • Sorry we were not able to add the vendor at this time. Please try again at a later time!

I really want to be able to add them because they were awesome.

    I'm sorry you're having this issue. Can you please try clearing your cache/cookies? If this does not work, can you please share the link you're trying to access that gives you this message so I can further investigate? Also, which device/browser are you using?
