Bedroom Wall Decorating

I'm in need of some opinions/suggestions on how to decorate the walls behind the bed in our master bedroom. We have kind of oddly placed windows and this is the only spot our bed really works. All of the inspiration pics I look at for master bedrooms are very symmetrical and the window off to one side just kind of throws me off. Any thoughts on what kind of art work/wall decor would look good?

With that corner I'd consider maybe a series of art pieces? If you can find a bunch of prints that go together but aren't matchy matchy I think that'd work nicely.

We have a really large framed painting over our bed. I picked it primarily for size and then because of the accent colors (reds and golds) because it brought out the colors in our bedding.

I definitely agree on a series of pieces. Maybe you could also consider decoratively shaped mirrors or abstract metal pieces.

Anyway you could catty corner the bed across the corner? You would lose some space behind the bed, but then you wouldn't have the window issue

Holy cow. Your room is EXACTLY like our bedroom. Same window placement, same bed placement, even the color scheme. I will be following this thread to get some ideas.

If you google image "corner gallery wall", there are a lot of layouts. I'm more of a minimalist, so a lot seemed too busy to me, but they could be pared down. It's a starting point at least.

You could make a fake window for symmetry and then get a cool piece of art for the side wall.

Put the bed on an angle- you loose a bit of space but it would be worth it; I think.

Our bedroom is like this. It's weird, but the only way the room worked with the windows, vents and TV situation.

I LOVE the fake window too though!

Similar to the fake window, you could run the curtain rod the whole way behind the bed, faking one super large window.
