Weekly Work Out Check-In

Yikes, we're off track you guys!

How was your week last week?

Plans for this week?

Last week I started WW, and while I didn't do so great on tracking...or points...I did start to be more mindful of what and how much I'm eating. I definitely plan to be better focused on tracking this week.

It rained all of last week so no running, and my regular trail will be flooded for at least another day or so...ugh. So with that said -

Does anyone follow any workout channels on Youtube? I'm thinking I want to start up an early am workout in my living room and I love our Chromecast because I can stream allll the Youtube. So suggestions? Recommendations? I really love pilates, strength training, and flow type yoga.

Re: Weekly Work Out Check-In

  • @labro The only Youtube workout channels I've followed are Tone it Up and Blogilates. I like that Blogilates gives you daily workouts.

I've been so lazy. I did 1 "Walk at Home" video last week and used my cold as an excuse to do nothing the rest of the week.

Sunday I did the video again and that's my start to the week. I skipped yesterday since I had to go food shopping and then we went to dinner.
Today H is home but I'm hoping to do the video again.
Weds: WAH "walk at home" 2 miles
    Thurs: WAH 5 Fast Miles
    Fri: Skip
    Saturday: 2 miles

@labro - Congrats on starting back at WW! I did that for awhile back when I was first dealing with weight gain and it was the first thing that really helped me be mindful of how I ate. Now I prefer just tracking calories on MFP because I like tracking my own macros, but it's such a great resource.

I don't follow any YouTube fitness channels but would love suggestions from others!

Last week I did not do as well as I'd hoped to, but still did OK. It was also a rough eating week. Last week I lost 1.3 lbs.

    M: Rest
T: Personal training + additional 1 mile run
    W: 1 mile run @ "fast" pace
    T: Rest
    F: Personal training + 4 mile repeats
    S: Rest
    S: 5k run

This week is going better so far; I'm already down 3.3 lbs. (which is honestly probably a lot of bloating weight gone from my weird period-like thing being done.) I'm working REALLY hard on eating very well. Sadly all I want is an Italian sub with a side of Chinese food.

    M: 5k run in 32:30 (complete)
    T: 4M run in 43:48 (complete)
    W: Personal training
    T: Personal training
    F: 5k run
    S: Rest
S: 400s at the track then weights at the gym

In other news, I'm just 1 lb. away from being 40 lbs. down!!!!!! Gah I am so excited. I'm totally going to be an AW and share this photo from yesterday that I already posted on my blog.
