@lc07  - so giddy right now you would have thought we won the super bowl.   Did you see the game?






What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

    I still can't believe that game!  H & I were at my friend's house tonight. They have a Christmas parade that runs past their house.  So while we were all outside when the parade was going past, the Eagles scored 21 points!  We were all chalking it up to a Christmas Miracle!

    It was a good game.   Like true Eagles fashion it came down to the end, but they won fair and square.

    YES!! So awesome!!!! One of my good friends is a Patriots fan, and when the schedule came out we were like "Yeah! December 6th! We're for sure getting together to watch the game!" Well, he and his wife ended up scheduling their child's baptism for that day and I was in a fun-loving way, giving him a hard time about it. (I secretly hate picking friends over football but I do every time). So we missed the whole first quarter. I figured the baptism scheduling was a blessing because I thought we'd get annihilated! Anyway, long story short. I got to watch from the beginning of the second quarter and it was such a great win! My blood pressure was pretty high near the end when they started coming back. Thank God we held on.

    True! I'm just glad tonight's is a divisional game where we don't need both of them to lose.
