    Check out the City of Walnut Creek facilities. I'm having mine at the Heather Farms Community Center, no preferred vendor list, and they have round 72" and also 72x30" banquet tables, as well as about 200 basic folding chairs. They don't allow hard alcohol, and to serve alcohol requires a $75 one-time alcohol fee to the city.

    Oakland City and Park facilities all have preferred vendors, fyi.
