    If your reception is at the same location as the ceremony, then put "Reception to follow" at the bottom of your invitation to the ceremony.

    If the reception is at a different location, use an insert worded as:

    Reception
    Immediately following the ceremony
    Venue Name
    Venue Address
    City, State/Country

    If you actually put it on the invitation, which is unusual, it would be this:

    Reception
    Los Coyotes Country Club
    Buena Park, California

    "Reception immediately to follow" is reserved for receptions that are in the same place as the ceremony.
    Most people use a separate reception card, like Jen4948 recommended.
