Back On The Wagon - Fitness Post

Alright, I know it is the New Year and cliche but I really fell off the fitness wagon.  I get that my lung capacity is decreased but just going up and down the stairs a few times has me winded lately, which is NOT cool.  Here is my plan for this week...

Monday: 30 minutes elliptical, maybe 10 minutes of walking to cool down after
Tuesday: Spin (at a moderate rate) for 45-55 minutes
Wednesday: Spin again like on Tuesday
Thursday: Yoga for 45 minutes
Friday: Zumba maybe? If not, 30 minutes elliptical.
Saturday: More bathroom demo that I can't do so I'm sure I'll just be cleaning and trying to catch all the dust.
Sunday: Rest

    Tuesday - 45 minutes elliptical
Wednesday - Core & More class
Thursdsay - 45 minutes elliptical or Group Cycle
    Friday - Nada (Devils game)
Saturday - Yoga and maybe Group Cycle

  • I did PiYo Lower Body on Saturday, and did relaxing yoga another evening.

This week, I'd like to try to get in PiYo twice.  Exercise can trigger getting sick, so only on days when I'm feeling pretty good.  Diet, whatever I can eat right now.  I'm really uncomfortable and unhappy with my body, so I hope I can get back on healthy eating and more consistent (or any) exercise soon.
  • @cocobellaf - Hugs, I feel you.  Just try to do what you can, I can't promise the sickness will go away but it is likely that it will and you can make up for lost time then if you are feeling better.  I'm feeling better and have zero excuse other than laziness.  ;)
  • At the beginning of last week I had a jacked up neck, and at the end of last week, I was celebrating new year's, so it was no bueno. I'm pretty sure I gained 3 lbs in one week (and it will take me 3 years to take it off). But, I'm back on the wagon!

    Monday - Crossfit
    Tuesday - 2-3 mile run
    Wednesday - rest
    Thursday - Crossfit

Saturday - rest (fly to AZ!)
    Sunday - 2-3 mile run
