Bridal show and Concierge question.

I am booked at The Elements.. and II am done with school and focusing on this wedding..not to mention.. 316 days left (wahooo!).

Right now I still need a florist, candy bar (I am thinking of doing this on my own), photobooth, limo, black and white linens (designed together) and someone who can put our initials on our aisle runner.

She told me about a Bridal show at Paul Brown stadium on thursday in like a month I think Oct 13th and said there will be a lot of vendors. I think I will go there it looked cool and she said there will be all kinds of vendors there but I just went to the bridal show in Mason. Do you suggest I go again?.

Where i need help is the website she suggested visitng
www.abridesconcierge.com I contacted a bunch of vendors today but wanted to get suggestions before i go meet them.  the site helped me i sent everyone a message today and already 3 of them got back to me. But what i need help with is..

Florist: Fassler Florist, Glendale Florist, or Yellow Canary?
I will be meeting with Dulce Designs
Photobooth: Shutterbooth or Smiling Eyes photobooth?

any suggestions would help.

I would recommend going to the bridal show, couldn't hurt right? I am using ShowTime Photobooth CLICKY they are reasonably priced.  For the candy bar I recommend shopping thrift stores and Home Goods for the containers and buying bulk candy online.  If you are looking to rent linens Prime Time Party Rentals in Dayton seems to have good prices.  I am no help for the florist because I haven't even begun to look at them. HTH!

I am also using Showtime Photobooth, the lady I have been working with is Jade. She has been really nice! I wasn't impressed with what fassler had to offer, but I do recommend the secret garden! The lady from Fassler's was SUPER nice at the bridal show, but was a little rude and did not want to listen to what I wanted when I met with her. The people at the Secret Garden have been great, and they came in several hundred dollars cheaper for "more expensive" flowers!

I'm booked at the Elements as well and have looked at the concierge site. Nidhi gave me the tickets for the show in October, but I'm still debating on whether or not to go. After I contacted Dulce Designs and found out that the average a bride spends on a candy buffet through them was $700, I decided to do my own.

I contacted Fassler through the concierge site and even met with Destiny in person, but she never got back to me, so I've decided to go somewhere else for flowers, but  I haven't figured out who just yet. I went to Adrian Durban and they worked with my budget, but I just coudn't get the exact flowers I love, so I'm still up in the air!

My best resource for information is this site, but like PP said: go to the bridal show and see what's out there. Meet with the vendors and get a feel for who they are and how they conduct business. Best of Luck!
