HIIOT? - also AMA

How Is It Only Tuesday?

I am never going to make it through this week. I'm too excited to head out of here on Saturday! I just ordered orange and purple plates/cups/napkins/silverware on Amazon. I have my list of tailgating supplies all ready. I have a steady group text going with my friends about who is bringing each thing. IS IT SATURDAY YET?!

So, in order to keep me from going insane, please ask me anything (AMA)! I have a couple meetings here and there, but mostly I'm around.

  • Do you hover or sit?

Sit, all the way, every time. I do wipe down the seat prior if there are any droplets on it.

Oh good. There's someone who sprays the toilet seat at my office practically every day and it drives me nuts. Like CLEARLY you're making a huge mess with your hover habit.

Next question - Who is your favorite? Fritz or Freddie and why.

  • @c97tiger - I'm so happy for you that you are so excited for this weekend!  It sounds like a blast.

-What is your least favorite chore?

-If you had to get a different dog breed altogether tomorrow (you can keep Fritz and Freddie) what would you choose?

-What do you love about your work?

-Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
  • I was thinking about you- I knew the games were going on but I haven't been following so I didn't know if yours made it! Sounds like you're going to have an awesome time!

Between you & YH, who made the first move?

    Chunky or creamy peanut butter?

Your worst habit (procrastination, nail biting, etc)

-Hmm, I emailed him first (through MySpace), but it was purely to learn good neighborhoods to live in. After we continued to talk, I'd say he made the first move, as he asked if he could come to visit me in Florida (from Arizona)

    -CHUNKY.

-Nail biting. And (TMI alert) picking at my pores. I cannot leave them alone and my skin is definitely suffering for it.

    - All chores. HA. If I had to pick one, I'd say dishes.

    - American Staffordshire Terrier

    - I love feeling like I am a mentor to my employees. I think I've built some strong relationships and that they trust and respect me.

    - I will be at the Director level. Hopefully still in the convention/tradeshow/events industry, but I'm open to changing industries to continue my career growth.

  • YAY! Go Tigers!! So excited to watch the game and jealous of all the fun you're going to have getting to be there!

I'm glad you sit because I sit too lol.

If you had to chose to live in extreme weather conditions for long periods of time (rain, snow/ice, extreme dryness/heat) which would it be and why?

    GO TIGERS!

I would definitely live in extreme dryness or heat. I just don't mind being hot, but I HATE being cold. For example, it was 12* with a windchill of 0* when I came to work this morning, and all I could think was 'F&%k this noise.'

    - My eyes or my smile.

    - Good (white) wine.

    - Order: french fries. Make: cookies

    - Friends, West Wing, 90210

    - Grape

    - Either, as long as it's at room temperature

    - Most: French Polynesia (is that a country?). Least: No offense, but India/China/Japan... anywhere where there a gazillion people and no personal space.

    - Catch-22. I could never get through it. I think I made it to about halfway once and then threw it on the floor and shouted "I DON'T CARE!!!!"

    - Physical: his gorgeous blue eyes. Non-physical: his ability to make me laugh and how much he loves F+F

  • No offense taken @cu97tiger - honestly, I love India because H's family is there.  Otherwise, it wouldn't be on my bucket list to revisit.  There is zero privacy and it is overwhelming to your senses with all the sounds, smells, sights, crowds, etc.

  • @cu97tiger Southern Japan is so different! We went to Kyoto, the original capital of Japan and it's the complete opposite of Tokyo. Just serene temples and gardens everywhere, so quiet and peaceful!
