Reception at CWRU Tinkham Veale

Hi All!

I am considering a reception at the new Case Western Reserve University student center and curious if anyone has considered or used this location. We love the building and the location but are hoping it's not outrageously expensive!

    I actually used it for one of our receptions. I had a desi wedding, which meant we had three days of celebration. We used the student center for our Turmeric Ceremony (we call it Gaye Holud) for celebration Day 2 (Day 1 was at my parents' house, and the actually wedding on Day 3 was at Cleveland Botanical). It was wonderful. The place is beautiful, lots of light, the people are super nice. They let us bring in outside caterer. You can also use their huge screen projector/monitor thing out in the common area to put up your reception information/photos of you and your fiancé, etc.

    It's totally worth checking out.  I believe it was less than a $1000 to rent the place which is bargain. They have three big space which they partition off using those movable walls, so depending on how much room you need you can make it big or small (though I am sure the price will change accordingly).
