Addressing Invites for a back home reception,

Hello,

So we are getting married in Vegas and were wanting to have a reception once we get back home and I was just looking for a little guidance on how to address the invites. If I should send them out with our Vegas wedding invitation on a separate information card detailing the back home reception, or what is the proper way to go about this?

Thanks!

Your wedding invitations are for your Vegas wedding and reception.  The celebration party in Virginia is not a part of your wedding at all.  It is a completely separate event.  It is NOT your wedding reception.
Because this party is not a part of your wedding, you can ask as many people as you wish, including people who were not invited to your wedding.  No wedding dress, no attendants, no wedding reception traditions.  Serving cake is fine, but no cutting and feeding ceremony, no bouquet tossing, etc.
You can use any invitation you want to your celebration party.  They do not need to match your wedding invitations.  You can use fill-in invitations from the drug store, or you can have some printed at a budget friendly place such as Vistaprint.
This would be formal wording for your celebration party:

The pleasure of your company is requested
to celebrate the recent marriage of
    Bride's Maiden Name
    and
    Groom's Full Name
    Date
    Time
    Venue
    Address
    City, State

It makes it very clear that you are already married, and that this is a party.  You don't want people to get confused about this.  It is not polite to give information about the wedding to which people were not invited, especially on an invitation.  It is fine to show people your wedding photos and talk about your honeymoon at the party, though.
