How's the planning going?

Anyone have a recap to share?

For the newly married ladies any advice for the wedding day?  How are you settling into married life?

    Hello - Hope everyone is doing good!

    Planning is going good for me.....we are mailing our save the dates next week. Sept 4th marks my 1 year! OOOOOOO! I have a couple DIY projects.

    How's planning with everyone?

    @island07b2b - programs, table numbers, favors, escort cards, menus, OOT bags. I did get templates for those things. Just need to find a reasonable printing location. I did a test run for the programs with Office depot. The program is front and back and they will cut so its costing 1.00 per program. Is that reasonable?

    @slmshay - oh wow.  Good for you.  I wish I were that crafty.   The program cost sounds reasonable to me.  Make sure to post pics of some of your projects.  I'd love to see them.

    I'm trying to find e-pic locations and I'm ready to get my gown! I want to play in it...lol. I feel like every week its something new to pay for but I've starting to enjoy planning more now that more things are being finalized.

     I'm new to these boards. I'm getting married 9/9/16. So far the only solid vendors we have are our venue, photo/video. We have a DJ in mind, haven't booked yet. I know what dress I want, and I'm planning on going back to the bridal salon this wknd to order!! I know what maid of honor/bridesmaid dresses I want as well, but haven't ordered those yet. Our e-shoot is booked for 10/19, so right now I'm trying to find somewhere creative to do it. :)

    I feel you with having to pay something/book something in addition to living life. We like to travel so wedding planning was on the back burner our summer trips are done. So, back to planning.

    I will post pictures. I had the table numbers printed and cut (Office Depot) - found the table number holders at Hobby Lobby in black. I need to paint them silver at some point.

    Hi ladies my wedding will be 6.22.17 we got engaged last Christmas Eve. I've booked my venue but that's it for now. I have a long road ahead so just taking it slow.
