Chicken enchilada soup...most have gluten in them though and I don't feel like making soup tonight so I'll have to make do with something else.

Yup!!

H had never had jelly beans before and tried them last night (I finally found gluten free basic ones that aren't processed in a plant with wheat products) so I've been eating the entire 3lb bag I bought not so slowly. Leave it to him to LOVE the black ones. He's weird. He was all "this tastes like fennel!!! Yummm." I think this was my expression...
