  If anyone is still looking for affordable florists - I would recommend Kroger. By far the cheapest we could find while still getting good reviews from people we know who have used them.

  I just signed a contract with Sandy in Northern Kentucky- works out of her home so she saves some money there. Her flowers were less than other florists I have seen- and works with your budget to use less expensive flowers when needed. She is doing my bridal party and family flowers but I am making my own table decorations (since those can be in water I was less nervous about them holding up!)
