Has anyone used this videographer? I was excited when I came across the company because the prices were very reasonable and the product looks great based on the website. However, after going back and forth with someone from the company it just seems a little sketchy. Not very professional, which is fine - but I just don't want to be scammed. Any feedback is appreciated!
