We have a low budget $4,000, and was wondering if there were any hotel venues that do not charge a minimum for food and beverage or even allows outside catering? Also if there are any budget friendly spots you wou recommend. Thanks in advance !

    If you're not set on a hotel, you might want to consider one of your local parks. There are several in the DFW area that are absolutely gorgeous and have pavilions that can be rented the entire day for $500 or less. You would have to hire a staff or do most of the setup yourself, though.
