Unique Reception Venues

I've been looking for a really unique venue like a loft or warehouse feel. I can't stand ballrooms and I can't seem to find much in the Metro-Detroit area. I know there's the Ford Piquette Plant, but that's very expensive. Any other ideas in Metro-Detroit?

Without knowing where in Detroit you'd like to be and what your venue budget is, it's a little hard. The above 5 are venues we also looked at that cost less than Piquette ($6,325 - $1,000 is a tax deductible donation).

I've been to Shed 3 but never here! This is a bad ass looking venue!
