  For fucks sake, why are you hellbent on trying to get away with something with the possibility that on your wedding day you're leaving your guests hung out to dry?
  
  I would be so pissed to find out that I traveled to a DW in Vegas to either find out that the B&G didn't have their shit together and either their reception was so awful because they couldn't host properly or their reception was shut down before it started.
  
  How on earth do you think you'll get all that outside food and alcohol up into the private penthouse elevator?   In a casino?   A place with cameras that are all over the place??
  
  For the love of your guests find a place where you can host everyone without risking that it will be shut down before it starts.   It's your wedding reception not a rave.

  The answer is simple: Call the venue. 
  
  Ask them about capacity. Ask them about outside catering options.
  
  If either answer is different than what you're planning, change your plans.
