I purchased a domain name through theknot.com because I wanted to use the website builder to save some time and make my wedding site quickly as I wanted to include it on my Save the Dates.
Since then, I have spent a great deal of time designing my own website (TK tools are not very friendly if you want to do a lot of customizations and go beyond basic building) and I cannot find any tools that allow me to move my domain to a new registrar or servicer.
I contacted the customer service but still haven't heard anything back and it is time sensitive as I don't want to send my invitations out reminding people of the website in its state now -- Help?!
