Wedding Guest QUESTION!!

Hi All! Im kind of confused, I hope someone can help me out!

Our guest lists is 150 people. We have paid for 150 people. In that guest list count is the 2 DJ's & 2 photographers, per their wedding contracts. Our wedding food is served buffet style, and I'm wondering now if I shouldn't have included them in the guest list count to begin with, because now it will make 1 table, half empty. Should I take them out of the 150 count and invite 4 more people or keep it the way that it is?

Im so confused haha! Thanks in advanced!!

    Your vendors are included in the guest list.  You did the right thing.  You have to tell your venue that x amount of people are your vendors and then they will know what to do.  You shouldn't have a half empty table.

    No they are not in your guest list you would tell the venue them separate - typically vendor meals are 1/2 price and they are served separate they do not hop in the buffet line.
