I am debating buying a pair of shoes but I have never ordered from there. The prices seem to be very good. Any good/horror stories about it?

    All the time. It's the discount branch of Zappos. I find them very reliable.

    I didn't realize it's part of Zappos. I got a little nervous when I say how good the prices were.  I am so excited to buy my shoes.

    I've ordered lots of shoes from 6pm and haven't had any problems with them. The prices are great, so the customer is responsible for return shipping if needed.

    I use it a lot. Awesome website. I actually ordered my wedding heels from here (Kate Spade) and they arrived in an actual Kate Spade box and everything. Always free shipping too!
