Ugh, the last week was bad and I'm trying to get back on the wagon.
Monday, June 6
Breakfast: bagel sandwich (15)
Lunch: Roasted Ranch Chicken and Veggies (6) - my own creation, I roasted mushrooms, cauliflower, brocc, and B. sprouts with powdered ranch mix and olive oil and added chopped up chicken to the mix.
Dinner: Charlie's Chicken (8) (Baked chicken in a mushroom wine sauce served over rice)
Snacks: Chocolate chip cookie (2)
Exercise: Lol.
