Ugh, the last week was bad and I'm trying to get back on the wagon.

Monday, June 6

Breakfast: bagel sandwich (15)

Lunch: Roasted Ranch Chicken and Veggies (6) - my own creation, I roasted mushrooms, cauliflower, brocc, and B. sprouts with powdered ranch mix and olive oil and added chopped up chicken to the mix.

Dinner: Charlie's Chicken (8) (Baked chicken in a mushroom wine sauce served over rice)

Snacks: Chocolate chip cookie (2)

Exercise:  Lol.

    Breakfast: 100 calorie Chewy bar, coffee

    Lunch: Turkey wrap...and probably chips because I want them

    Dinner: Some form of chicken and veggies

    Snacks: Yogurt and strawberries

    Exercise:  30 minutes elliptical

    Black pants, royal blue blouse, grey SF cardigan. I feel like every time I answer this question I'm wearing the same damn cardigan. Oh well, guess that means it was a good investment.

    Breakfast: Coffee (1) and an apple

    Lunch: Chicken Fingers (10), French fries (13) and sweet and sour sauce (4) 

    Dinner: Turkey Tips (2) and broccoli 

    Snacks: Strawberries and blueberries

    Exercise:  Gym or walk with BF

    Probably digging into my weekly points today but I am trying my damnest to really track. I have plenty of weeklies left to do this.

    Lunch: Chicken shish with rice and a side salad with feta and lemon vinagrette (?)

    Dinner: Sushi (?)

    Breakfast
    : Protein shake

    Post-breakfast snack(s): 1/2 Belvita bar, 1 oz cheese, banana (I"M HUNGRY)

    Lunch: No idea... so probably Subway

    Snacks: Cashews with dried cherries

    Dinner: Leftover balsamic chicken and asparagus OR grilled burger and fries

    Exercise:  Crossfit - for your viewing pleasure:

  • I really have to start tracking again.. I got picked to do a WW study and will get compensated if I do that whole thing so this is important! Not starting off too hot, since I completely forgot weigh in this morning..

    Dinner: Not sure, might grill up some chicken and have that with rice.

  • At least I'm not the only one who failed miserably this week.  My accountability starts now, full detox mode.

    Lunch: Water and a giant salad

    Dinner: No idea, need to go food shopping since my house is empty.

    Snacks: apples and protein bar

    Exercise:  I don't even know what is on the schedule for TIU... so probably just going to do arms and legs
