Ceremony Location in Newport

Hi Ladies, 

My fiance and I are planning a very private wedding...so private that the only person in attendance is going to be my 6 year old son (aside from the Officiant). We love Newport and would like to have the ceremony held there. There will be no reception afterwards. Just 3 people becoming a family. :)

We are starting to look at some places, but I've gotten a lot of "no's" from quite a few places that will not be able to accommodate my request. We especially love the area around the cliffwalk. Just something with a spectacular view. Do you ladies have any suggestions for me on locations that would be similar? I have an appt set up with Hotel Viking to look at their facility, but that's not really where I see us being married.

    If you like the Cliff Walk, and u want just an area to get married, then what about at the forty steps??? Or do u want someplace indoors??

    There is a park--Dunlop that is across from Newport Beach Hotel and Suites

    What about on First Beach? You may be able to do that without any reservations, just show up! Also, there's Ocre Court (owned by Salve Regina Univ.) that you can rent for small amount. Same thing at the mansions (like the Breakers)! I had looked there for photo locations. Or try The Chandler Inn. It's right on Cliff Walk.
