Morning, hope everyone had a nice weekend!
I ran 3 miles Friday, lifted Saturday and I ran 6 miles yesterday. I was really pumped after yesterday's run, since that's the furthest distance I've ran so far!
Tonight is another lifting night followed by the elliptical and an ab workout.
How did everyone else do?

I slept like complete shiit last night, but still managed to get myself up to get my ass handed to me by Insanity day 1. Yikes.
Everything the light touches is my kingdom.

Tonight I'm going to do yoga and I think I might do my ab routine as well.
J&K -- I'd like to know how the Insanity goes for you. I've seen some commercials for it, and it looks really hard. Good luck!

Today I'll try an intermediate 20 minute Zumba class plus Level 2 30DS. I'll probably move up to Level 3 in the middle of the week.
Thursday is FI's 33rd b-day, so I am planning rosemary filet, baked mac & cheese with broccoli, and strawberry cheesecake . . . all from skinnytaste, so it's not too bad.
Didn't lose any lbs this past week and I was pretty disappointed. Kicking it up a notch this week.

Gonna try to fit 60 minutes of cardio in tonight after I run some errands.
