Messaging numerous vendors accidentally...

Hi,

Last night I was up wedding planning and I sent messages to two vendors that work with my venue; however, when I woke up this morning I had received messages from and sent messages to caterers that do not work with my venue, and I know for a fact that I had not reached out to them! I'm not sure what happened and if there may be a glitch in the Conversations system. Has anyone else had this issue? I'd hate to waste anyone else's time by accidentally sending messages to them!

    Hi there,

    When a couple is reaching out to a venue/vendor there is often a box that is checked that says "send me quotes from 5 other vendors in this category" (or similar statement). If you don't uncheck the box, you'll get these extra 5 emails/quotes.  Likely this is what has happened.  Just make sure to uncheck the box if you'd prefer not to hear from other companies.
