Russell Morin Brides

Hey Guys,

I just booked my wedding through Russell Morin and I planned a menu I was really excited about... I was just wondering what your fave hors d'oeuvres were from them.

So far I've picked...

mini beef wellingtons
after school special (mini grilled cheese with tomato soup shooters)
fried calamari in newspaper cones
shrimp shots

and currently I have new england clam chowder and clamb cake but my MIL just booked our rehearsal and this is an appetizer for that so I wanted to replace it. Any suggestions? We were thinking the pulled pork on sweet potato coin but wasn't sure... thoughts?

since you have a vegetarian fish and beef option.. maybe a chicken or pork is a good choice.

Or another veggie option like a flat bread or bruschetta.

They have a pistachio crusted chicken skewer that sounds deslic to me!

Great choice by going with RM!  They are fabulous and we had them for our wedding in August and they did the most amazing job.  We had the following appetizers so it was easy for guest to eat:

    mini lamb chops-which were delicious
    scallops wrapped in bacon
    swordfish kabobs
    bruchetta pizza
sauteed mushrooms in a pastry shell
    cheese and cracker table

    good luck!!!

We used RM for our May wedding and for apps we had:
    *Mac & Cheese
    *Scallops wrapped in bacon
    *Popcorn chicken
    * Shrimp shooters
    *Pulled pork on sweet potato

ALL of them were amazing but my fav was the pulled pork!
