Just a quick question. FFIL has an important business partner who was invited to the wedding with his wife. Said wife was unable to attend the bridal shower. They did give FFIL a card for me with a gift for the shower. The card was signed by both the business partner and his wife.
I know for most gifts, the thank you is addressed to the wife, as she was there in person (or I need to rewrite a bunch of cards), but in this case, would I thank both of them? I can't seem to find an answer, and I don't want to snub the husband if I ought to thank him as well.
