    This was great but some of these are unfair comparing fashion of the decades (80's, 90's) to the current fashion trends. I mean, what is fashionable now is not going to be in fashion in 20-30 years.

    #9- Gossip Girl. Those were Vera Wang and quite popular, if I recall correctly.
    #8- Modern Family. Zac Posen has been featuring light-up gowns lately that are considered haute couture. 

    Ah, the Rachel with the gown tucked into the underwear. Someone said on the snarky board that perhaps that's where the photo trend came from?
