I am having a hard time thinking of a good idea for wedding favors! What is everyone else doing?

Also what are you doing for your bridesmaids?

For favors, I'm getting black 2"x2" boxes from Oriental Trading Company and filling them with hot pink M&Ms (black and deep pink are our colors). And they have elastic bows too, so I don't have to tie them all!

I'm not sure for my girls yet. I know I am getting one a black pashmina...she's always cold, so I thought she can use it in the future, and at the wedding if she wants. I'm also getting one some of her favorite lotion that she rarely buys. Otherwise I'm not sure yet. They say here, "shop like it's their birthday!"

I'm Brazilian, so I think we'll be having brigadeiros as favors. They'll be in little boxes for guests. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brigadeiro

As far as bridemaids, I don't have any! My brother is my Man of Honor/bridesman. I'm planning on getting him something like I would for his birthday, and a nice card to thank him.

For favours we are having a candy buffet with little "take out" containers that people can fill up and take with them. Also for the favour my FMIL is knitting scarves for everyone.

As for bridesmaid gifts - I made them hangers for their dress, bought their shoes, got custom made jewelery, soaps and lotions from Bath & Body Works, custom made bags off of etsy, and probably do something like a Starbuck's card.

For favors we are making S'Mores packets,

For BMs I bought tote bags on etsy and I am going to fill them with charcoal pashminas, necklace/earring set (all from etsy), hangers for their dresses (I'm making those) and I haven't decided what else, maybe manicures the day before.

Our favors are going to be peoples pictures that they get from the photobooth.

For my girls I got them a bag with their names on them, a makeup bag, stuff from bath and body, and their jewelry.

FI's uncle runs a sugar bush so they have provided us with almost 200 mini bottles of maple syrup. I designed a little label for it and I will include a note card with our favourite dessert recipe (which requires the syrup).

I only have one attendant (MOH) and I bought her earrings, made her a clutch, a bouquet charm and just bought her a monogramed pashmina. It's my sister so I just want to spoil her

for favors, we are doing a photobooth. i'm also having cupcakes as an extra thing later on, so i might get boxes and then guests can take them home if they want.

for my bm's, i'm leaning towards getting them travel jewelry rolls (http://www.potterybarn.com/products/mckenna-jewelry-roll/?pkey=cgifts-below-fifty). i don't have anything to use to carry my jewelry when i travel and i don't think any of them do either. i think it's a very useful gift and i think i might write something silly and sentimental on their cards saying "i'll be with you whereever you go" because they will travel with it. i also might get a piece of jewelry unique to each girl and put it in their travel roll when i give it to them.

For our favours we were gonna have them just take home the photos from the photobooth, but as of late FI and I are waivering on whether we still want the photobooth, or whether we wanna put that money towards something else. If that's the case I'm not sure on favours lol

For the bridesmaids I did custom totes, pens, mugs, notebooks on VistaPrint for each attendant with their name and in their favourite colour. I am doing up a different frame for each attendant with pictures of us. For each of the BMs I got an earring/necklace set in their individual fav colours and made them a jewellery box to hold them. For MOH I got cufflinks. To round it off I want to do something unique for each of them to add to the bag, so still shopping for that

We are doing rose petal candles for favors. I am thinking of doing totes and robes for MOH and bridesmaids.

For favors we are getting bookmark holders that will hold the photobooth strips.

For Bridesmaids I made them jewelry and I got them each a silk robe at JCP for only $16! I want to get them all something else small that is unique to each of them. Here are the robes though they also come in plus sizes: clicky

Favours- candy buffet and photo station

BM- Customize totes in their favorite colors with pashminas scarves, jewelry sets, compact mirrors, personalize wine glass, stationary, pens, and their favorite snack or gift just for them. I am still thinking of doing the BM shirts or tanks....

Favors - I'm thinking of ordering these really yummy local cookies that come 2/package and either making a label or tag to put around them. Not sure yet on this though.

Bridesmaids - I already got them the cute little wristlet purses from the coach outlet but I need to figure out what else I want to get them.

Doing a photobooth and frames for the favor. For the girls- I've planned a spa day (which they would all enjoy for their bday :-) ) I'm taking them for manis/pedis..champagne....and lunch. One girl cant make it...so I'm taking her out another day.

Favors - candy buffet and we donated to the disabled veterans associaton and also bought these little paper poppy flowers that were made by vets. so we put those in mason jars with some black sand (since our colors are black and red) and i will attach the escort cards to them.

Bridesmaids - custom made necklaces and personalized wine glasses. and i will also pay for their hair to get done.

Our favors are wine bottle stoppers with the double heart on the top...they're great and came already in cute little boxes with thank you cards!
