All Inclusive Us

We get married September 3, 2017. We live 1hr from Pittsburgh. No time restraints. Looking to leave a day or two after the wedding.
I've looked up a couple destinations and resorts. My fiance would like to stay in the US. I've looked up Maui, Malibu, and other locations in Hawaii or CA.
I would love to go to FL but with Zika that is out of the question. No ifs, and or buts. Even with greatest precautions I don't feel like all information is known.
ANYWAY! We are looking for an all inclusive resort preferably near a beach setting. I've looked bookvip.com and their offers just seem too good to be true.
Our only restraint is money. I really want to keep this under $2000 if that's even possible.

UPDATE: We've decided on plans thank you for your input.

    There are far fewer true all inclusives in the USA than there are outside of the US and tend to be more expensive. I would read the fine print and reviews of any site you are considering before booking. Often times all inclusive means a set number of meal tickets or restrictions on entires/options, restrictions on liquor, or don't include taxes and gratuity in the US where those are the case overseas. You might have better luck booking a non-all inclusive and searching for deals then saving up for the food/drinks you'd pay for.

    Charlotte is right- all inclusives really do not exist in the US. Those very few that do tend to be more expensive and are also in areas where you do not want to travel. Unfortunately, Hawaii will not work with your budget, as the airfare alone will eat up most, if not all, of the money. In September, your best bets for a beach vacation would be the Texas coast (Galveston, South Padre) or Southern California.

    All Inclusives are illegal in the USA due to liquor laws.

    The closest thing you can get to an AI is a cruise.  They are "most inclusive" - food, entertainment, but not alcohol.  On many cruise lines you can buy a liquor package that will allow you to drink everything except top shelf liquor, but it is very pricey, and you must both buy the package.  You are better off paying for drinks individually unless you really drink a lot!

    If you are considering a cruise, Celebrity, Holland America and Norwegian all run deals with a classic beverage package included (includes alcohol, soda and specialty coffee).

    Here are some bargain Caribbean cruises from my favorite website.  Do you have a travel agent?  They cost you nothing, and have lots of good advice.  I would be happy to share my on line agent, if you wish, but you might want to talk to a local travel agent.

    If a basic cabin with a window would suit you, you could save a lot of money.  Those inside cabins are the cheapest, but no window.  All cabins get the same cruise experience, and all have queen beds.

    There are shorter cruises, but they don't usually give you much island variety.  This one is a bargain!

    Always buy trip insurance.  You will be traveling in high hurricane season.  Cruises work well with this problem.  If there is a hurricane in one of your destinations, they will change course and take you someplace else is it is at all possible.

    Always fly to your port the night before your cruise leaves and stay in a hotel.  Airline delays happen, and you don't want to miss your honeymoon cruise.

    However, if you are unwilling to travel to Florida because of Zika, you should avoid south Texas, as well. The CDC recently issued a travel warning to Brownsville, which is about half an hour from South Padre Island.

    I haven't heard that! And I live in Texas! LOL I don't pay very much attention to all of it since I'll never be pregnant and I have far more serious health concerns.

    So, OP, you are pretty much stuck going to California.
