Thoughts on April weddings?

Hi! Thinking about getting married in April 2018 since price is cheaper.
I'm really nervous about the weather for mid April though. Also weather the venue grounds will look nice with landscaping and flowers because of the time of year? (such as will flowers have bloomed)

Anyone have any experience with an april NJ wedding?

    We had a mid-March wedding.  The trees had buds on them and daffodils were out.  By April, I would think there will be more daffodils, pansies, and crocus coming up and planted by then.  Trees should mostly be full of leaves and even flowering trees should be in bloom.

    If you can wait, don't book your venue until April and see what it would look like then.

    Even in March, we still had outdoor photos and they came out great!  We did luck out with a warm-ish day that was full of sun.
