How can I accomidate?

My soon to be in laws are German, my FIL speaks a little english, my MIL speaks no english. The ceremony is going to be in the US, but how can I accomidate the language barrier?

    My girlfriend married a Japanese guy whose family spoke very little English. Their wedding was in the U.S. and a handful of his family members came. The ceremony was in English, but their program had a translation of the entire ceremony script. The groom's mom also did a reading in Japanese that was translated in English in the program. So yea, their program was like 4 pages, but really pretty cool and made it manageable for both sides to follow along.

    ETA: if you write the program, consider having another set of eyes proof read it. 
    A friend of DD's did this with her Spanish speaking family. Parts of the ceremony were in Spanish with the English translations in the program and vice versa.
