I figured since it's Monday we can start a daily accountability post so that we can hold each other accountable... Anyone can join feel free!!!!

    I finally broke down and I decided to join weight watchers it was kinda of confusing at first but after playing with it for a while it has became easier to understand...

    Today:

    B: Honeynut Cheerios + 1/2 of a apple
    MS: Chobani Strawberry yogurt
    L: Turkey Sandwich + a small side salad (no dressing)
    AS: Other 1/2 of apple+ a few almonds
    D: TBD....

    Workout:

    I plan on doing a 1 hour on the elliptical followed with doing some circut weights for my arms...

    I have been preparing for a 5k and was doing great for two weeks and then my daughter was in the hospital and I lost track. The past week with school vacation and my co worker being out has made my schedule all insane. Tomorrow I get my normal schedule back so its back up witht he rooster and back to the gym. I wish I had something to KICK me out of bed so I would get up.

    Amber I give you lots of credit. I cant eat the chobani yogurt. The texture kills me. As does the ellipitlcal :)

    I hope your daughter is feeling better... When I first tried greek yogurt I wasnt that big of a fan... But now its all I eat when I want yogurt... The key with the elliptical is the first 10 mins lol after you push through that you can push through the rest... When is your 5k?

    Good morning ladies!  I fell off the wagon BIG TIME last week, as in fell off & got ran over repeatedly by the wagon.  Back on today. 

    Breakfast 
    Coffee (1)
    Quaker Cinnamon Swirl (High Fiber) Oatmeal (4)
    Fruit Cup (0)

    Snack:
    Apple (0)

    Lunch:
    Smart Ones Meatloaf (6)
    Banana (0)

    Snack:
    Apple

    Dinner: 
    Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos (8)

    That leaves me with 9 points.  I'm stopping at a bridal show before I head home & Carlo's Bakery (The Cake Boss) will be there so I'll be able to have a taste of his cake while I'm there!

    No gym for me today, don't have enough time :(

    Amber thank you- she had to have a minor heart surgery.  But her recovery went well. :)

    I eat yoplait light. I have a texture thing that certain ones make me gag. lol.

    My 5k is May 5th. I have done this particular one 4 years in a row. My work hosts it. Last year I did a 5k obstacle course. That was insane

    I'll have a ton of time this week to workout, which I'm happy about :-)

    I'm renting Jillian Michaels' Frontside & Backside workout DVDs from Netflix, those should be coming today- can't wait to try them. I always get bored so I'm always looking to switch up my routine.

    I like Chobani too, a few of the other greek yogurt brands make me gag lol. Can't stand the non-fat ones though.

    I've gotta get back in the habit of updating MFP too, lol.

    This is a great idea! I have a "challenge" group on FB where some friends and I hold eachother accountable. I just finished P90X and and focusing on running until I start Insanity in May with a few friends. That is going to kick my butt, but I want to be back to a 10 by the end of June.
    I agree Chobani is great! It was weird at first, but the lower sugar and higher protien is what sold me!

    That looks really good! I dont eat corn because from a purely nutritional standpoint it has no purpose, but add a little cucumber and mmmmm! Thanks for sharing!

    I dont do weight watchers, but I am on mfp, so I know what I should be eating calorie wise.

    Breakfast: Jimmy Dean's turkey sausage d-light
    AS: Strawberrry Banana Smoothie
    Lunch: grilled chicken salad with ff italian dressing
    PS: yoplait greek yogurt (strawberry), fiber 1 brownie
    Dinner: Chicken Lo Mein (My version, very low cal and low fat)

    Exercise: TDB, got called into work so I dont know if I'll have time
