If I hadn't already paid a guy to custom record here comes the bride in panflute, I'd walk in to "Here I Am" by Bryan Adams.

We're sort of having music theme - of music from movies. (Here I Am is from Spirit, Stallion of the Cimmaron). the 2 options for the processional are "A Whole New World" from Allidin, or "You'll Be In My Heart" from Tarzan. (or maybe Here I Am) I really  love that song, but don't know where else to play it.

You can listen to them all on my site: http://tiffany-alex.weebly.com/music.html

    We're doing pretty untraditional songs.
I'm walking to Vitamin String Quartet's version of All I Want is You (U2)
My BP is walking to Colbie Calliet's I Do

Since the church we're using has a huge organ, so that's what we're going with!

We both love brouque/classical type music so we're kind of going with a Handel theme. The mothers are walking into Air from Water Music, for the party, Trumpet  (not Handel :[ ) i'm walking into Arrival of the Queen of Sheba from Solomon and our recessional is Hornpipe from Water Music.

    :)

<div>I LOVE THIS PIECE!!!  Too bad I didn't think of it for our brass quintet to play.  We're doing similar types of music but I have some "non-traditional" but traditional sounding (not as commonly heard) Classical music.  Verdi, Handel, Brahms, etc.  YAY!! :-) </div>
July 16, Our Wedding Day, is also International Juggling Day!

naomikb-- that's interesting that "signing the registry" is part of your ceremony! they do that in Australia (DH is aussie) so we did that in our wedding to Keith Green's "Love With Me"

    BM processional: Arioso (violin)
My processional: on the DVD it's Theme by Paganini cuz that's what it was SUPPOSED TO BE!! But the pianist didn't bring music (OR A KEYBOARD.. had to run and get one from the college nearby where he teaches) and instead he played something he made up (sort of a cross of the bridal march & jesu joy of man's desiring). so not awful, but i was annoyed. shrugged it off as quickly as possible so i could walk down with a smile on my face. all I had to do was look at the sexy groom :)
Unity candle: The Prayer (vocal solo)
Recessional: O For 1000 Tongues to Sing (jazzed up version arranged/played/sung by our pianist)

another honorable mention is the song played during the slideshow my brother made, "That's What Love Is" by David Phelps  :)

    save the date
"Here we stand from two distant lands, brought together by His hand" <3 my Aussie <BR>
