We decided to keep saving and take a longer trip in say January 2014, when we're tired of winter. Hopefully it will be a warm destination.
Anyway - we decided to have a little mini-moon up north. I just booked a cute B&B in Grand Marais for 3 nights. Jacuzzi in the room, king bed, private bath, and super reasonable rates.
Yay!!
