What's your biggest wedding day fear?

That all the important people will be late for pictures, because we have a pretty small timeframe for them. Or that unexpected relatives/family friends will make nasty comments about gay couples dancing and/or being affectionate at our wedding.

Rain!!!! I just need mother nature to work with me for about 2 hrs. The month leading to I will be looking at the farmer's almanac.

That my mom will decide she doesn't like my ideas and will change things to be the way she likes them (i.e. centerpieces, the cake table, anything that can be changed)

People not dancing or generally having fun. Also, the very slim chance that someone drinks too much and gets in a fight or does something stupid. I'm not worried about my family or our friends, just a little bit for my FI's family.

Rain-I have an indoor option but I really want to get married outside, family members who aren't getting along acting childish, that my food somehow makes everyone sick, nodoby dancing or having a good time...as you can tell I worry a lot. But I'm actually very calm at the same time...weird doesn't make much sense at all.

Weather. A little rain won't ruin things, but an all-out storm will make us have to move inside, which means the pictures won't be as nice, there will be no horse carriage, and everyone will be at the reception site for 3 hours before the party actually begins.

Oh, and that my brother will decide it's not important for his family to be there for pictures. He did that to my niece and I thought it was rather childish.

People getting lost to the wedding/reception (as most of our guests are OOT) and people not dancing at the reception. I want for everyone to have a good time, especially since many of them are traveling to be there.

I have many

In no particular order:

1. People showing up late and missing the ceremony (FI's family is notoriously late)

2. Rain

3. People not dancing or having a good time

3. My grandfather getting super drunk and nasty

4. My grandfather's girlfriend having nasty racist comments towards my FI's family... family is such a treat

5. FI's family thinking our wedding is plain and cheap

3. If it rains where we will go have pictures
4. No one dancing

1. Getting giggly/red faced/teary during the ceremony. I don't do well in front of a lot of people (family or not!), and all of the above tends to happen, which means I'll be embarrassed, and in turn, it will only make me more giggly/red faced/teary.

2. Taking a wrong step when walking down the aisle & hurting myself & crying in front of people. Even if I just fell without getting hurt. Embarrassing. Which would likely trigger the above (or at least red faced & teary).

3. People not enjoying the reception/dancing.

4. People thinking our wedding/reception is totally lame since we can't afford the best.
