Belligio buffet for reception

Hello, we are planning  Sept. 2021 wedding and want to do dinner at the Belligio buffet.  We will probably be about 30-36 people.  I would like a cake to cut.  Has anyone done this or had prices quoted.  Obviously we are waiting for COVID to be over.

    I'd think the availability for such an event would be completely unpredictable at this point, unfortunately.  We don't know what direction anything will be going in at this point, covid could spike, Biden, NV, Clark County, etc. could impose a restaurant shutdown, etc.

    Yes, we have accepted that April 2022 is probably more realistic.
