What to create or add to the website for Guests rooming together?

My wedding is going to be at a resort that only has condos. All of the condos sleep a max of 6 people. I know there will be guests that want to stay at the resort, and there are guests that have already asked if there is a list of some sort for guests that want to stay at the resort and would like to share a condo. Any suggestions of something I can create or add to the website for guests?

  • I would try to stay as far away from managing guest accommodations as possible. You don't want to be caught in the middle if two people end up in a condo together and don't get along or have a dispute about pricing.

The absolute max that I would do is set up a google doc or group where people can exchange contact info. Let them find their room partners and make all the arrangements without you.

    Agree with this.

I would not want to manage the delicate personal or financial situations of all of this.

Ditto this. I'd put people in touch with either other, but that's as far as I'd go.
  • I'm not wanting to make arrangements, but wanting to have some sort of list of the guests that are wanting to share a condo and the guests take over from there.

THIS - in a million AMENS!!!!

Create a private Facebook group "soontobe's condo partners" private group or the like that you can close out after the wedding, but that's IT-IT...

  • I'm only going to want to share a condo with people I know, and if I know them, I can ask them myself.

Although I appreciate that you don't want money/space to be wasted if people want to share, you don't need to be involved in this.
