Cannot upload photos

I created the website a while ago and finally got my pics back from my photographer. I went to upload them and it keeps giving me an error on both my phone/ computer/ anything I try.  Any solutions?

    Hi Jeffalynne!  Your photo might be too big and need to be resized in order to upload them!!
