When I try to upload or drag photos into a new photo album on The Knot website, it says "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again." I've tried uploading one photo at a time as well as multiple photos and uploading photos on a mac, PC, and my phone. I've even resized all the pictures so they are not too big.
