  • so im really excited today :) i FINALLY did my WI (first in 3 weeks - yikes!) and as much as i was scared, i didnt gain anything!!! i'm down .2 lbs since that weigh-in LONG AGOOOO. im so happy - dont have any idea how i did it, maybe some combo of eating like sh!t and working on the house nonstop helped me not gain a billion lbs. whatever, ill take it.

    Now to have a healthy day!

    D: going to quiznos with a friend - getting a salad but not even their salads are healthy. ill try not to go too crazy on thier dressing (no matter how tasty) and get a small salad instead of the humongo one. :)---(sooo THE REST of my pts for the day, maybe a few weeklies)

  • Good job GracefulMeadow! My WW leader always says to go get weighed in,,,even after a crappy week bc you might be pleasantly surprised. Now...if I only took that advice! LOL

    Another successful day for me yesterday. Wooohooo!

  • desertsun...ahhhhh...you must always have sunshine surrounding you! I lived in FL for 2 years...and we are planning on moving back after the wedding! The sun really makes a difference!

    Darklingglory...I'm trying to take advantage of the walks outside bc I hear rain is moving in! UGHHH! Hopefully I squeak one in today before the clouds roll in!

    Graceful that is awesome! See! It's not always as bad as we fear. :)

    Lisa, it's pouring here today, so maybe our rain will move your way and we'll get some sunshine!! The poor little doggie has been gnawing on his feet so he's got the cone of shame on his head. Hopefully, they'll heel up quickly and I can start walking his little butt!

    Last night was tough. We went out for FMIL's b-day and she picked.... CHEESECAKE FACTORY!! Ugh! I texted my best friend and she looked up the points and so I was able to get by with only using about 10 weeklies. But still, it was rough. I give myself a gold star for not going super overboard -- subbed salad for fries and stopped when full. Yay!

    Today's food looks kind of goofy since I left my lunchbox at work last night and stopped at Starbucks this morning. I'm making due with what I threw in my purse this morning and have stashed in my drawers at work:

    Even if I eat ALL of it, I'll still have 6 points left for dinner and that should be plenty since I'll probably be pretty full. We'll see. I gave away the bagel and peanut butter so I wouldn't be tempted!

    That was long so I'm going to stop rambling now... LOL. Laughing Happy Hump Day!

  • I am new to the accountibilty forum but I have been doing WW on and off since 2006.  Hoping to lose 10lbs before my wedding.  Would love to lose more but small goals, haha!
