How can you create Rain Sounds for Sleeping to turn your Sleeping Mode on?

Last week, I observed during the rain, my sleeping level increased. Is it really helpful? What do studies say about it?

    I also observed I had a better sleep quality during the rain. When I mentioned this to my would-be-husband who’s a scientist, he said that studies need to be done in a controlled environment to eliminate some other parameters or conditions like it could be the drop in temperature that comes with the rain that affects the sleep quality and not the rain itself. He also told me there are phone apps I can download if I want to try, just have to search “white noise”.
