  One of the kids has a friend over right now, so it’s typical play date feral over here.  

  
  

  I have yet another uneventful weekend coming up, which I always enjoy. ExH is allegedly seeing the kids tomorrow.  I have some packing to do bc we leave for the NH house Monday, and we’ll become our mountain, forest selves for the next week and a half or so, which will be really nice.

  Finally Friday! 

  Well, Kylie Jenner heard my comment on wanting to spend money.  She dropped a 27% off bday sale on her site, 6% off of raketen (takes care of most my tax), a free gloss/liner plus I had $30 left in VIP dollars. But I had to split orders in 3 since you could only use $10 VIP dollars at a time.
  And the irony of it all is I was contacting their customer service yesterday mad that my July 29th lip sale order hadn’t been shipped yet and I’m not home for it in a few days! And lipstick melts in this heat so I was mad. But they finally sent it out so I *should* have that before I leave.  But in my email I’m like “why did it take almost 2 weeks to ship? Ask me if I’ll ever buy from you again?”.
  And then today, i drop a mad amount of money on make-up and tools. So I don’t hold grudges very long. 

  I don’t want to like Kylie’s line but I love her lipsticks so far. 

  Edit; I was smart and knew they take forever so had it shipped to my office

  I've very glad it's Friday as well.  No big plans except for the movie on Saturday and seeing mom.  I've got a yoga booster cushion coming on Sunday and finally found an instructor online for plus sized yoga.  I'm really hoping that I end up liking her.  Also going through a lot of my bills and canceling all of these damn subscriptions.  I did break up with Netflix yesterday.  I'm just tired of having to track all these monthly charges.  
  
  I'm on the last episode of Umbrella Academy.  I'm sad that it's over, I'm sad it was only 6 episodes, and I'm sad that this final season seems not that great.

  Yay for Friday! H finished school this week, so we're celebrating this weekend. Tonight is a pedi and take out. Tomorrow we'll go for a run early, then spend the afternoon on the paddle boards and hosting a cook-out in the evening. Oh, and the USWNT soccer play for the gold medal tomorrow at 11, so I'll get some chill time. I'm not sure what we're doing Sunday yet. Maybe bum around at the brewery or something. It's hotAF, so anything outside needs to involve water. 
  
  I need to find a pool we can join for next year.

  M’s birthday party is tomorrow and he’s finally feeling better! He went back to school yesterday and today and is so excited for his Spider-Man birthday. We (really me) went a little overboard with decorations but I love birthdays and we only get so many when they’re little and excited. H has not said a word about all the Amazon boxes. 

  
  

  I’ve been interviewing for two new roles and I’ve been moved forward on both. I’m having some second thoughts on both of them even though they’d both be a step up for me. Just trying to make sure they’d actually get me to where I want to go.

  Today is my Saturday. I’m excited to not be at work, although all things considered this week wasn’t awful with the reduced schedule. I have to work out and clean the house, and I’m thinking about stopping by the mall as well to shop for my MAs birthday that’s coming up. We’ll see. I’m talking a big game for someone who is having trouble getting off the couch to make her coffee.

  This weekend I will see my cousin and read books for two book clubs.
  
  Beyond that, it's quiet and I appreciate that. Nothing major going on. My father will be home the weekend following this one.
