Didn't sleep well last night for some reason and I'm feeling it now. Oh well. Wishing everyone a good day!

Piecing together my summer calendar though, which is always fun.
H got new last night that his paternal grandma passed away yesterday. They weren't extremely close, but obviously still sad. We'll go to services when they happen sometime in the next week.
I nearly cried talking to her GI and we're really relieved. She's staying the course with infusions and will be back to athletic practice tomorrow. There's still some discomfort but it's tolerable and she's in school today.
My Tuesday annoyance and I have to remind myself that this is solvable with money and not worth bringing up as a way DH frustrates me: DH is notorious for not hanging up clothing when he takes off pants ESPECIALLY suit pants. The last time he wore his suit was in 2023 for his cousin's wedding. I told him last week to get his clothing out so it's set for this weekend when Chiquita makes her confirmation. Well, he didn't and now I dug through his clothing pile to discover that the pants were food for some insect.
This is a solvable problem but I am frustrated. And DH feels like absolute shit so I'm not going to make him feel worse than he already feels but I'm annoyed and know that tackling the bedroom space and clothing storage is something to put on my list.
@Casadena - I'm sorry about your H's grandma. Even if they weren't close, it's still a loss. The work golf league will be a good time.
@banana468 - I'm glad Chiquita's procedures went well yesterday, and yay! that she's in clinical remission.
I had my procedure this morning, and they aren't sending it to pathology. She's sure they got everything this time. She also retreated the spot on my forehead. Hopefully, this will be for another year.
We missed severe weather last night. We just had lots of rain, thunder and lightning—much better than the tornadoes and large hail they had predicted.

after work I’m going to dinner and “hunks” show with some girls. I was hesitant to go because sometimes these shows can be cringe - but my friend was like “oh it’s a hoot!” And what else was I to do tonight?
But he knows it. And it's going to be fixed and we have the $ to make sure we look fine this weekend. I'm far more concerned about his health even though I need him to pick up his shit too.
