  My computer just finished 30 minutes of updates, and our work homepage is wonky.  
  
  Are any of you gardeners?  We ordered miniature day lily bulbs online for fall planting.  Other things we've ordered from there have been shipped when you should plant them.  The instructions with the bulbs say they should be planted in the fall.  They arrived last Thursday.  It's still hot and humid here for another month.  Per the instructions, if planting needed to be delayed, I put them in the crisper drawer of my fridge.  Should I plant them now, or can they chill in the refrigerator for another month?  I could call customer service, too.
  
  I need to pick up a Sam's Club order at lunch.  I may run to the license bureau as well.  We wanted handicap plates for the new car, as DH already has a hang tag.  So I went to the bureau 2 weeks ago and submitted the application.  Paid my fee, and the plates were to be mailed.  Last week, a letter came stating we couldn't get the plates because DH wasn't on the car title and no longer has a driver's license.  Of course, they didn't tell me that when I applied in person.  We'll go back to a hang tag, but what a hassle.

  That's so annoying @MNNEBride, and is a perfect example of how we don't think about disability in a comprehensive way in society. How frustrating. 
  
  I'm no help with anything plant related, other than telling H at one point he was overwatering, which he guffawed at before chilling out and then sheepishly reporting back two months later, "You were right, I was overwatering everything." The plants and our water bill thanked me. But otherwise my gardening attention span is about 2%. I can enjoy a nice garden though. 
  
  Work today. I am kind of ready for the weekend. I have a dental appointment on Saturday, and I'm not looking forward to that because I know I have to get some work done. Saturday is also my brother's birthday. I would like to see my parents but I don't know if the timing is going to work out with my dentist and the fact that my mouth is going to be very uncomfortable all day. 
  
  Anyways, SSDD over here. Debating on what kind of a workout to do tonight. In good news, I found a really nice bottle of wine for 50% off at our local store last night. Apparently it was too bougie for our area and people didn't know what they were missing out on. I scooped it up instantly.

  I’ve been onsite all week- we’ve had all our people, had events; it was great and I’m exhausted. Today’s the last day then I’m home tomorrow. 

  
  

  J isn’t sleeping well, so I’m not sleeping well. And after his doctors appointment last week where they said it could be a problem I’m also now worried about him not sleeping well.

  DH started an ADHD med today so he's WFH and being two weeks from the start of school we are ALL in the house.  It's giving me Covid vibes when we were all under one roof.
  
  Chiquita has had weird pain today and man it's rough to wonder if it's for her UC, menstrual or just something else.  She's also pushing the athletic training recently and now we're pushing fluids and easy to digest foods to her.
  
  And Chiquito lost a tooth!  It's the first tooth loss since the curtain was pulled back from the tooth fairy so I wonder if I can just give him money straight up.

  @MNNEBride I asked my mom, who is a Master Gardner and lives for this stuff.  She was surprised you already had them.  She said to follow their directions e.x.a.c.t.l.y.  Like if the bulbs were wrapped and the directions just say "put in crisper" don't unwrap them, just put them in crisper.  That way if they fail, it's on the company.
  
  I can't stop sneezing this morning, but I haven't taken meds for 2 days, so that's probably why.  I'm trying hard to remember, but I think I'm going to have to change alarm sounds or come up with a different reminder system for awhile, b/c I'm just turning off the alarm and going on with life.  It happens to me all the time, so I have to change up the system.  Thanks, ADHD and all the other stuffs.
  
  Planned a night over at friends.  We're going to watch Hot Fuzz and Serial Mom.  Both movies I love.  We all get high AF and watch and talk and laugh.  I need to do some things to try and pushback on this depression.  They only live about 20 minutes away, so it makes me feel better.  I'm supposed to go visit a friend who lives about 3 hours away, in a big city.  Honestly, I'm terrified.  IDK why, but I'm so scared that something is going to happen and I won't be able to get back to my mom and Harley.  I've talked to the friend I was traveling with and he's suggested that we just go for one day/night.  I told him that would be better for me.  It's to see our 3rd friend.  The three of us are each others support network, so I absolutely don't want to cancel, though friend #3 would understand and support through her disappointment.  Plus my BFF lives in this city and seeing him would help with the depression.  I just hate this timeline.  It's the fucking worse.
  
  Other than that, SSDD.  Grinding at work b/c I'm just a bit behind.

  I hope you can get out to see your friends @VarunaTT. I understand what you mean about the anxiety. The other day H was going on a bike ride and I made him stay home because I just had this overwhelming sense of dread that something awful was about to happen to him if he left. That usually doesn't happen to me, and it really freaked me out. And I did feel better when he stayed home but I also don't want to reinforce that feeling in the future. I'm sure it was just a manifestation of how awful the last few weeks have been, but it sucks to feel that way. H is also stressing tf out over *waves at everything* and the other day he drove around town looking at all of the exit routes including the local riverbed to get home or to our parents' houses in case of an emergency . We definitely don't have an anxious household or anything.

  Well I got the second injection scheduled but still waiting on the uro/gyn assistant to call me back. I'll call her again today if I don't hear soon. Something was wonky with the message system so I'm afraid my message didn't even get sent. 
  
  Had a workout this morning then have been home vegging. I just don't seem to have a lot of energy lately. The pain is lessened a little in my back and leg so that is a good thing. Hopefully this next shot will take care of it all. Tonight we have the Y fund raiser. It will be fun but I hate getting all dressed up at the end of the day for only a couple of hours. I'm basically lazy about that stuff. Can I just go in my shorts and shirt please? The electrician finally made it out today to fix a light in our kitchen and the fan in our guest room. H was right - it wasn't anything he could've done. 
  
  Vibes to all of you combatting anxiety and depression. Prayers for good kiddo sleep @charlotte989875. Sorry about the screw up with your DMV @MNNEBride. It doesn't make sense that you can't have a license plate when you have had a hang tag!

  Just popping in to say hi and post prudie. I just got back from my work trip. Glad I went and glad to be home.
