  Mine was nice overall.  A little bit of exH frustration, but to his credit he hasn't crossed any lines too hard as far as harassing texts/inappropriateness in a couple of months, which is always a win.
  
  We had a good mix of family time, friend time and downtime.  @charlotte989875 and @Casadena, how are M and G doing with kindergarten?  My sis is struggling with my nephew (also M) who is holding it together all day but coming home and imploding.  Normal for a 5yo but she's drained.

  I’d say about the same @ei34. Overall he’s doing good (one email from the teacher the first week but good last week). He’s exhausted and randomly imploding and we’re really trying to teach him that it’s okay you’re feeling overwhelmed and tired and there are a lot of new rules- but it’s not okay to throw toys at people (me).

  Weekend was pretty good. PTO event Friday, golf lessons Saturday, birthday party yesterday. WFH which is nice. I usually go to the office Monday's but don't have to. Glad to be home all week this week!!
  
  Kinder is going well for G! Loves the specials classes - art, music, STEM, gym, library - I think it's fun for him to go to a different room for some things. He finally made a little buddy in his class that he wants to hang with all the time. Seems to be mutual. I hope he branches out as well - i've noticed a tendency to get really all in on one friend but don't want him to alienate current friends He's 5, i know he'll figure it out!
  
  H has been very overreactive to very normal kid things and very normal interactions lately and it's so frustrating. I know he's stressed at work but I really struggle to understand his flying off the handle. Kids are frustrating and hard sometimes, but I think they need empathy and coaching, not yelling and lectures. He's very sensitive to feedback (which i get, it sucks to have someone critique you) so it's hard to have an effective conversation about it. To be clear, I yell sometimes and am very aware I am not a perfect parent -  but I'm self aware about it and apologize when necessary and feel like I work hard to be patient. I don't see the same from H.

  Mostly a decent weekend.
  
  Friday night I had a ladies night out at a book club friend's lovely home and watched Saltburn.  If you haven't seen it it's definitely not light and it's pretty graphic so not for the faint of heart, for those who can't handle dark stuff, etc.  But overall it was a great night.
  
  Saturday I cantored the two vigil masses and planned to come home to eat a steak dinner and a nice big glass of red wine.  Well, move over those plans.  Chiquita rolled her wrist as she tripped on a soccer ball so we went to the pedi ER (in the same ER as the hospital) and after a few hours she got ex rayed and determined it was a sprain.  She has a follow up with her doctor today and we'll see when she can get cleared to go to gym and play sports. 
  
  We had her medical 504 meeting today and addressed the issue that at the HS, they have cracked down on the # of open bathrooms available which is great for the concept of trying to cut down on nefarious behavior but Chiquita needs accommodations so she doesn't explode.  I've also asked for a modification to the school policy that he has to attend at least two full blocks in order to attend extra curricular activities on infusion days.   She's a super active kid and it's hard enough to make medical appointments without trying to make sure that they don't conflict with the same day as a game or concert.

   It was a great weekend for me. Another paranormal conference. I knew one guy going from another group but dragged my friend to come with me for the company. I think she actually liked it! When I left to go do my investigations at night, she was looking online at some of the speakers they had. They pulled in some big names in the paranormal industry. 

  On Friday I saw someone sitting in the vip section with me who was a dead ringer for my ex H. I could not stop looking at him because it was his twin. I did a ninja (or what I thought was a ninja lol) pic to send to his sister and she said it did look like him if he doesn’t shave. 2 of my friends also confirmed the uncanny look alike. Even the lady he was with was my ex’s type (she wasn’t his fiancé because I’ve seen pictures of her - but he’s a cheater so it wasn’t entirely out of the realm). Our eyes locked once. Anyway, I must have wigged him out because the next two days they did not sit in the vip section. Oops.

  It was good.  Friday I had to force myself to sit and rest, but I did it.  Watched trash documentaries all day and kept an edible high going.  Harley spent nearly all day on my lap.  Saturday had my legs waxed and then went to my mother's and dropped off empty boxes and picked up my kitchen stuff.  I am agog at how much nicer she is to...well, everyone, but me.  One of our arguments was because when I set up my workout equipment, she was mad b/c "I blocked her path to her toolbox".  In my mind, I did not, and pointed out that she could get to it and how often did she even go to it, but she was pissed and stated that "I go to it every day!!!!", so I moved things around. 
  
  When I gathered the things for the garage sale in her garage, I made we didn't block her paths (lesson learned).  She came out and my friend J (a man) says, "We made sure not to block your path to the trash or your toolbox".  She says, "Oh that's so sweet, I almost never go to that toolbox, you needn't have worried".  Cue my head exploding right off my shoulders.  Of course, she wouldn't remember and/or deny ever saying it, so I just kept working on stuff and kept my mouth shut.  
  
  Sunday was just more unpacking, organizing, purging, etc.  I'm taking a lot of stuff to the garage sale this Saturday.  Hopefully most of it sells.  Whatever doesn't is going to be donated.
  
  Monday is Monday-ing a lot today.  I'm getting through it though.  I'm also taking Friday off so I can prep for the garage sale.  I've got a few more things to buy just to make life a bit easier in this space.  I'm trying not to buy too much b/c this is a transition spot, 2 years at the most, so I don't need to go fully out designing this space.
