I am SO glad it's the end of the week. I really want to try and have some downtime this weekend. I think I can get my car unloaded/loaded one more time and be finished with arranging all of the furniture and things in the new space. I'm taking my mother to get her covid and flu shot Saturday morning, so hopefully I'll have all of the stuff out then too. Then I can finally vacuum/mop my floors, it's been too full of stuff to really do that.
Also getting my hair done on Saturday. I think this might be the last time for purple. I love it, but the maintenance is just too much work. My hair texture is also just gross now. The bleach really did a number on the texture and curls. It absorbs so much water now when I wash it. I had super healthy hair before and I miss how it felt. Especially since I'm growing it long, I feel like having healthy hair is more important.
Other than that, SSDD. I had sent out my notice of what time my 40 hours is met to my bosses and the other people I've covering for. The main boss added a note that "if you have an emergency get it to her as soon as possible". Main boss has been aware of problem with Boss C being disorganized and doing everything at the last minute, but she never said anything. Well, while Boss C has been in trial this week and it's been an absolute shitshow with 3 different fires Boss C caused and Main boss had to step in to help fix 2/3. So, I think the subtext was, "Boss C of Varuna, stop with the last minute tasks". I'm laughing and I appreciate it.
