  I started by walking a lot and only a little later started going to the gym. I also started losing weight when I read https://betterme.world/articles/wellness-challenges-for-employees-2/ and started following some rules to feel better. All this influenced my wellness and now I really started seeing results. The main thing is to feel mentally and physically good to start losing weight
