Colorado wildflowers

Hi ladies,

Has anyone seen or used Colorado wildflowers in their bridal/bridesmaid bouquets and/or reception decor?  I am consdering this but don't know where to start. Any suggestions, thoughts, or pictures would be wonderful.

Thank you, thank you, thank you

I'm considering using wildflowers as well. I've seen pictures of mason jars on the reception tables filled with water and submerged sunflowers. I've also seen tin cans with ribbon tied around it with wildflowers in them.
For my bouquets I'm thinking of having a mix of rustic/elegant flowers (wildflowers and everyday flowers)
I found Lady Bird (http://www.ladybirdpoppy.com) when looking for ideas and she has some nice examples in her portfolio.
    Good luck!

I suspect a lot of true wildflowers are pretty delicate - FI really wanted columbines, but after growing some in my garden this summer, I don't think they could stand up to use in a bouquet.  I don't know where you're based, but Boulder Blooms (in Boulder) and Floral Design of Europe (not in Boulder, but in that general part of the state) both say on their websites that they use wildflowers.

Hi - I posted a reply with pictures of my bouquet (which had columbines) in your post in the Colorado - Denver board: http://forums.theknot.com/Sites/theknot/Pages/Main.aspx/local-wedding-boards_colorado-denver_colorado-wildflowers
